RETURN POLICY

General return policy for items from our store - In most cases, items shipped from our store can be returned within 3 days of delivery or 30 days of shipment if the delivery date is not trackable. If your order was shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can return it to us within 40 days of shipment. You will receive an email with the shipping date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated
with them.

3 DAY PRODUCT WARRANTY
Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If this is the case, you are protected and can make a complaint, the procedure is described below.
1. Within 3 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video explaining the problem and whether you want a refund or replacement.
2. We will review the complaint and contact you if we need more information.
3. If approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

Should I return the item to our store?
Only high value products should be returned. High value is determined by our service team and is usually for an item around €70 or more. If it is not of high value, you do not need to return it and you can keep the defective product.
If we ask you to return the product, we will discuss with you the most cost effective way of returning it to us and give you full instructions, including our address. You will receive your full/partial refund once we receive and
checked the product.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment, within a certain number of days.
